Role of TFEB in Dieldrin Cardiotoxicity

Mean log2 intensity plus standard error of the mean (SEM) of genes related to diseases as identified by gene expression microarrays and sub-network enrichment analysis in females zebrafish hearts treated with a 1.8 μg/g (black bars) or 0.15 μg/g (gray bars) dose of dieldrin or vehicle control (Veh, white bars) for 21 days. Gene regulating cardiac arrest separated into positive and negative regulators, genes positively regulating ventricular fibrillation, lipid metabolism, lysosomal function and expression changes of genes related to cardiovascular diseases which were differentially expressed in the adult zebrafish heart. Red signifies upregulation, blue signifies downregulation.
